Whats in the bin?

- Sphagnum moss, Garden Limestone (raises pH), Bark Chips, FoxFarm Happy Frog soil, and Charcoal make up the substrate. (3-4" deep)

- Magnolia leaf litter, Sphagnum sections, and Cork pieces provide the cover on top.



Breeding frequency:

- Pods in the Armadillidium family tend to have quick gestation periods and large brood sizes of 5-20 mancae. They require 2-3 weeks to settle down and about 1 month from maturation to see babies. Once they begin breeding, they reproduce quickly and are tolerant of many conditions!

  • Protein: Feed twice a week- Whole dried shrimp, fish flakes, Repashi Morning Wood, Dried Minnows

  • Veggies: Feed once a week- Apple, Carrot, Squash, Dried Peas

  • Calcium: Whole Cuddle bone on top and pieces mixed throughout soil
