When will you start shipping? As of right now, we are currently in the works of trying to figure shipping out. We unfortunately have no time table but have the goal of getting it done by August 2024.
What if i am not available to pickup? We will work with you to find a time that works best for both you and us. Whether its dropoff or pickup, we can work something out.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? At the moment, since we are on a pickup/delivery basis, we DO NOT offer a refund or exchange plan. This means that the care of the animal(s) is under your jurisdiction. Making the new owner responsible for providing appropriate living conditions.
Do you except trades? Sure. Why not. Depending what you are wanting to trade for, along with what you offer will determine the likelihood. We typically like to carry only the rarer stuff. So if you want to trade 100 of your Dairy Cows for a 10 count of our Rubber Duckys, the answer will most likely be a no. Make it make sense! (If you do want to trade, fill out a form in our "Contact us" section or simply use the "Chat" bot located on the bottom right of your screen!)
